Supercharger Testbed at ASA
Development, endurance testing and Final Inspection on the Testbed ASA Superchargers are continuously improved on the in-house test bed. Continual advancement for increased quality standards together with functional checks of the TurboMex supercharger and endurance tests for the improvement of the life span, represent an almost complete utilization of the test bed. All mechanical and thermodynamic parameters are used in the computations and design for further development of TurboMex superchargers. Here the ASA TurboMex supercharger must withstand among other things a load test, before they get the "Green light" from quality assurance. "It has to be this way to ensure the highest possible security and a long life span of the superchargers during driving." Development, improvement and detail maintenance of the components are carried out directly during driving, to make available to customers an optimal supercharger of the highest quality. Errors can be quickly recorded by our employees and eliminated by high-quality electronics and evaluation tools. |
